I was amazed with the speed and ease of obtaining documents from the Land Registry website.  Most sites send an automated response registering the request followed by a few days wait before responding further.  I received the confirmation of my request within seconds and received my documents within hours.  Both my husband and I were flabbergasted at the speed with which we received the documents we had requested.  What a surprisingly effective website! 10 out of 10.
